“Wow! That was fast AND I have a plan.”
.
“I’ve been struggling with this for months and in 30 minutes I’m now ready to make a move!”
Folks are shocked that in 30 minutes they can experience peace and a new plan.
Why 30-minute sessions?
You Get to the Point
I used to spend an hour coaching folks. What I found is that the more time we have, the more time it takes—just like the bigger your house, the more you will fill it. With a short, laser-focused time when you coach with me, you get to it quickly—not in a rushed kind of way, but your focus is pinpoint.
Coaching Question: What area of your life or ministry are you desiring peace and a plan?
You Gain Momentum
You get two 30-minute sessions a month. Two touch points in a month help you achieve your goals and hopes. One and done is played out. Let’s get you results, ongoing results, and momentum. Two 30-minute sessions keep you moving forward on your most important work.
Coaching Question: Where are you starting and stopping over and over again?
You Get Clarity
Sometimes you’re not sure what to talk about in a coaching session. Yet, coaching helps you narrow down what to discuss. One of my favorite sessions is where we spend 30 minutes figuring out what to talk about. It’s time well spent to get clear and sift through the laundry list of ideas in your head. After doing this we meet again to unpack the idea, challenge, or area you desire to maximize. Overwhelm is real and when we have lists of things to discuss we stall out.
Coaching Question: How are you standing in your way?
As the New Year approaches, I know coaching whether with me or someone else, will move you, your life, and ministry forward. Coaching helps you get from A to B faster. Coaching also builds your future and it doesn’t have to take loads of time to get clear, gain momentum, or get to the point. A 30-minute breakthrough is waiting for you.
We work together for three months, with at least two sessions a month for 30 minutes. Imagine starting the year well with goals, removing obstacles, and gaining momentum. Let’s talk about working together to build your future.
