When someone believes in you, they listen deeply to you. They are present and hold space for you to hear yourself. This is what I do in private and group coaching. You don’t know anyone else to tell you what to do, but you do need to listen to your heart and wisdom and then do that. Trusting who we are and what’s in us is a gift to the world. I help you do that and stick with you to overcome challenges so that you have real results that propel you into your desired purposes.

The Daring Way™ is a highly experiential methodology based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown. During workshops we explore topics such as vulnerability, courage, shame, and worthiness. We examine the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that are holding us back and we identify the new choices and practices that will move us toward more authentic and wholehearted living. The primary focus is on developing shame resilience skills and developing daily practices that transform the way we live, love, parent, and lead.
Rising Strong™ curriculum catches us when we fall by teaching us what to do to get up. In this workshop we explore emotion and how it is connected to behavior and thought. The RS process is based in story: The Reckoning. The Rumble. The Revolution. Let’s learn to unpack our story and retell it and we stand taller.
Discipleship Paths & the Local Church
I serve with a team on The Missouri Annual Conference’s Core Practices. We are thinking and planning work around discipleship. In addition, I have personal experience from my 15 years in ministry that undergird my consulting. One of my favorite components of discipleship is small groups. Furthermore, I have a gift for strategy and can help you see how all that you do fits together.
Seasons & Life Transitions
Facilitating a group or seminar speaker on the topic of life’s seasons and practices to get through them. Types of transitions include birth, death, moving, new job, new venture, new diagnosis (autism), etc..
Stress & Coping Skills (Autism, Parenting, Plain Ol’ Life Skills)
Based in my experience with Dialectical Behavior Therapy, I acquired a tool box of coping skills that allow me to function. From centering, coloring, visualization, meditation, prayer, to fun stuff like painting my nails, taking a bath, getting a massage and going for a walk. I’ll help you identify tools that are best for you.
Self-Care & Self-Compassion
“Treat yourself like someone you love.”
It’s so easy to let yourself go (mentally, physically, and emotionally). Self-care and compassion is a mindful act of being gentle with yourself and tending to your needs (period). Often times a so-that is placed after take care of yourself. I disagree. Period. Take care of yourself and treat yourself right. From there everything else is done from a place of fullness rather than lack.
